Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions for using (Hiarchymusicmedia.com) are legal and binding. Anyone using any work or composition originally composed by Hiarchymusicmedia.com or its affiliated producers agree to the terms.
Non-Exclusive Mp3 Lease
The Licensee will receive one (1) Mp3 file of the beat/instrumental. Leasing the Mp3 will grant the Licensee the right to record vocals and or/instrumental synchronization to any and all parts of the leased beat/instrumental. Only one (1) new master composition may be created with a non-exclusive lease. Addition licenses must be purchased if Licensee wishes to record more than one (1) new master composition. The term of this lease is for one (1) calendar year from the day you receive your download or email of the beat/instrumental you purchased. After one (1) calendar year the lease agreement terminates, and a new lease must be purchased if Licensee wants to continue using the beat/instrumental.
The Licensee is limited to distributing one (1) version of the master recording for profit. The Licensee is limited to distributing up to but not exceeding 2500 copies of the master recording. The Licensee may distribute the master recording to any kind of media including, but not limited to: videos, cd's, DVD’s, web based promotional sites.
Credits
The Licensee is required to give production credit to the Licensor for any and all distributed materials. Licensee agrees to display the producers name and Hiarchymusicmedia.com in all physical media, or within web presentation.
Ownership
Hi-Archy music & media and/or the affiliated Producer of the beat/instrumental retain 100% full ownership rights to the beat/instrumental. With full ownership rights. Hi-Archy music & media can continue to sell the beat/instrumental non-exclusive, and exclusive. The Licensee does not have the authority or right to sell or license the rights to the beat/instrumental, in whole or in part to another party. In the event another party purchases exclusive rights to the beat/instrumental you leased non-exclusively. You will retain your full rights under the limitations listed in this agreement until the terms have been fulfilled.

The terms of the Non-Exclusive Wav Lease are the same as the Non-Exclusive Mp3 Lease with these alterations.
The Licensee will receive an untagged Wav file of the beat/instrumental. Not a Mp3 file. The Licensee may sell up to but not exceeding 5000 copies of the master recording. All other conditions and limitations still apply.
Non-Exclusive Premium Lease
The terms of the Non-Exclusive Premium Lease are the same as the Non-Exclusive Mp3 Lease with these alterations.
The Licensee will receive untagged Wav trackout files of the beat/instrumental. Not a Mp3 file. The licensee may sell up to but not exceeding 10,000 copies of the master recording. The term of the lease will be for 2 calendar years from the day the Licensee receives their download/email. All other conditions and limitations still apply.
Exclusive Purchase
The Licensee will receive untagged wav track-out files of the beat/instrumental. The licensee will be granted full ownership rights to the beat/instrumental. The Licensee may alter beat/instrumental in any shape or form they wish. Including but not limited to arrangement, sounds, melodies etc. The licensee may sell unlimited copies of the master recording. The licensor cannot sell additional leases/rights to the beat/instrumental. Previous licensee will still retain their rights for the duration of their agreement. The licensee is required to give production credit to the licensor for any and all distributed materials. The licensee agrees to display the producers name and Hiarchymusicmedia.com on all physical media or web presentation.
